The battle rope is a different kind of beast than your everyday jumping or tugging device. That being thick and heavy means, it makes you stronger and keeps you balanced while when using one. To do this one, hold one end of the rope in every hand. Next, move the rope in an up and down motion. You can do this either standing or sitting on the floor with your legs crossed. Spiral: Grab one end of the rope (the ends or the both buns separately with different hands). Now do big circles with your arms forming a spiral action with the rope Definitely a fun way to get shoulders + arms done. Do the spiral with your other hand after a couple of rounds. You will be working those muscles!

Jack and wave: Stand with your feet together, the rope on ground in front of you. As you do this, jump your feet out wide and bring the rope over your head. Next, jump your feet back together as you lower the rope to the ground again. For an awesome full-body workout that you will have to work for, do this again!
