For this workout, grab the ropes on either side of you. Begin to lift each arm up and down individually. That means you’ll raise one arm and lower the other. Continue alternating this way with your arms!

For this drill, you just stand and do jumping jacks with the ropes while jumping up and down. This means you’re going to jump your legs out and in while your arms move up and down. It’s a nice way to get your heart rate up!

Okay, let’s go make some figure eights! Move the ropes in a figure eight in front of your body. Cross them in the centre then retrace the shape. It’s a fun workout that really engages your arms.
