To begin the cargo net, first grab the rope with both hands. Make sure to stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, meaning your feet are sitting roughly as far apart as your shoulders. Move your arms back and forth, creating travels of waves back along the rope. It’s super important that you remember to keep your core tight and engaged the whole time. Your leg should be helping you stay balanced, so use them to keep your body supported.

Something a bit more challenging and super fun to try is the “snake” wave. For this exercise, you move both of your arms in a wave-like motion while stepping forward and back with your feet. This exercise is a full body workout but especially targets your core and upper body muscles. Not only is it a great workout, it is also a fun way to push your boundaries!
